If you are experiencing issues on the app, please see the steps below.
- Toggle your wi-fi/data connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network.
- Try logging out and back into your account, making sure to completely close the app.
- Try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Be sure you're running the latest version as we have fixed your issue in the latest release!
